well im the other prosecutor and the charges are (1) violation of the Constitution, (2) Destroying the separation of powers, (3) Undermining the U.S. economy by ill-advised and politically motivated actions, and (4) Destroying the government service by appointing people to public jobs on grounds of personal and political loyalty. It is pretty hard to find stuff for all of these charges... but thats what the lawyers have to do, they have to focus on their points for the charges and the strategies they will use.
But my question is whether we can only use stuff that he did while he was president or if we can use anything he did during his whole life...
Tell me if you guys have any luck finding info.

i think that its up to the end of his presidency, since the impeachment is happening during his presidency so that would make sense. though i'm sure that you can use information from before his presidency to demonstrate his allegiance to the country or whatever

That is correct. Only TJ's presidency is in play. I don't particularly care about what he said prior to that. What you do is the thing.

its almost as though you are never in class at all. This week class will be taught by the Teaching Assistants (except period 8 unflortunately), next week is your trial, and the week after that Mr. Fradkin will be teaching class. Then I drive you into the ground for five or six weeks. Then we gently ride off into the sunset for the last month of school.
