Usually I post links and materials on my website that students can benefit from but ever since my server went down I have been struggling with the site. In the mean time, I came across this and thought it was too good not to share. The Library of Congress has an online exhibition of full color photos from the great depression that are unlike anything you have ever seen before from that era. I thought it was amazing how much more information I was picking up just because these photos are color. Definitely worth 15 minutes of your time even if it is out of time period. www.loc.gov/exhibits/boundforglory/

wow those pictures are really neat! The colour makes it seem like it was a lot closer in time... I was a big fan of the cowboy and the dog and I too liked the plane
